Mentored by a team of experienced Corporate Finance professionals, you will have the opportunity to manage a range of deals in a small yet growing team.
This role will enable you to manage deals and client relationships from start to finish; taking part in initial client meetings and deal structuring, preparing financial models, creating business plans and managing all aspects of the deal.
The corporate finance team are commercial and innovative, and believe the success of the firm is driven by ensuring that every employee maximises their potential within their role.
Experience requiredQualified AccountantSome experience of owner managed businesses.Broad commercial experience gained in practice or industry.
A passion for delivering results.
Driving licence.
Experience of Acquisitions and Disposals is not necessary.
You will have the following attributesExcellent communication skills with the ability to foster and influence client relationships;Integrity, and a clear understanding of the importance of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism;Proactive and positive with a strong team focus and collaborative approachThe ability to establish a strong working relationship with colleagues in all offices;Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills;Good eye for detail and problem solving skills;Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time;The ability to work autonomously;Entrepreneurial and creative.
