Location: Southport
Richard Abson Group is helping a Prestige Car Dealership in Southport in the search for an experienced Parts Advisor.
Your main responsibility will be to coordinate all parts sales, ensuring that customers and Technicians always have the necessary parts available when needed. This involves dealing with customer inquiries, communicating over the phone, and providing parts to both in-house and retail customers. Additionally, you will be managing stock for the busy parts department, which may include some lifting and carrying tasks. It is crucial to have a good understanding of customer needs to effectively recommend the most suitable product or service.
The dealership offers a basic salary of £27,500 with an OTE of £31,500, including bonuses and overtime. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with one in two Saturday mornings from 8:30 am to 12:30 noon. You will be part of a team of 4 members.
