Customer Service Associate required for an award-winning manufacturing company based near Chipping Norton, Banbury.

As Customer Service Associate your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent service standards and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Providing an efficient and orderly approach to work streams across the business systems
  • Working closely and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics and Finance colleagues
  • Calm and effective customer complaint handling to ensure a professional and timely resolution.

Skills and experience required:

  • Fluent speaking in French (desirable)
  • 2 year's experience working within a customer service environment
  • Strong PC computer skills using Microsoft packages


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience working in a customer service environment and enjoys talking to customers on the phone and working towards solving and issues or problems they may have.
