Job Description We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to come and work in our Suffolk branch, based in the town centre of Bury St Edmunds.
Prime Appointments are a well-established, family run independent recruitment agency who have been operating in East Anglia for over 30 years.
Specialising in manufacturing, production, warehouse, office & finance positions.This role is a 40-hour week, Monday - Friday, working hours between the times of 8.Part of this role will require travel to our head office in Witham 1 day a week.
At Prime, we pride ourselves on our family values & going to head office once a week allows you to work with the wider team.
Trainee Recruitment Consultant Duties:
Carry out online searches for candidates on a variety of job boards
Contacting clients to see if we can help with any live jobs
Occasional travel to and from our head office
As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will have EXCELLENT communication, time management and organisational skills, motivation, and genuine desire to succeed, a proactive attitude is essential
Confidence to pick up the telephone & speak to anyone
Experience within Recruitment Consultancy beneficial but not essential.
