We are partnering with a dynamic company based in Peterborough to fill the position of a Customer Relationship Executive on a full-time permanent basis with a salary range of £24k-£28k (DOE) in addition to monthly performance bonus potential.

This role is part of an exciting new team where you will have ample opportunities for growth since the team is freshly established.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to email queries promptly
  • Initiate welcoming calls to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Deal with customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex problems efficiently
  • Follow up with customers to guarantee their satisfaction
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance performance
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members

This is a full-time role requiring 37.5 hours per week, with flexible hours between 9 am and 9 pm, inclusive of working every other Saturday from 10 am to 6.30 pm with a day off during the week. Hybrid work model available.
