Core Responsibilities:
- Engage direct visits to households lacking a TV license.
- Analyze customer reasons for non-compliance and determine next steps.
- Accurately document visit information and submit daily reports via handheld device.
- Promote and explain the advantages of various license payment plans.
- Capture and document payment specifics.
- Appear in court when necessary to testify in prosecution cases.
- Execute assigned tasks and attend meetings as instructed by the Visiting Manager.
- Recording Interviews under caution.
- A full UK Driving License is a must.
- Require physical mobility for daily visits to different locations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Prior similar experience not mandatory - diverse backgrounds bring unique skills, with strong communication as a common trait.
