Launched in 2022, Knight Frank's Residential Academy offers a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in estate agency. Whether you're new to the industry or seeking a change, this comprehensive 2-year program provides hands-on experience in both sales and lettings, along with a deeper understanding of the residential property business. Your journey into the world of estate agency begins here.

  • Programme Structure:
  • Duration: 2 years
  • Rotations: 4 rotations (3 core rotations and 1 elective rotation)
  • 1st Rotation (6 months): Client Services
  • In this initial phase, you'll be part of the Client Services team, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with current and past clients in our Central London Sales and Lettings offices. Your role involves providing top-notch service, expert advice, and cultivating long-term partnerships.
  • 2nd & 3rd Rotations (12 months): Sales & Lettings
  • During the Sales rotation, you'll work as a Sales Negotiator, participating in property viewings, negotiations, and the entire sales process, gaining valuable hands-on experience in closing deals successfully. In the Lettings rotation, you'll serve as a Lettings Negotiator, managing applicants, organizing viewings, and securing property lets.
  • 4th Rotation (6 months): Elective
  • For the final leg of the program, you'll delve into specialized knowledge and experience in areas like International, Project Marketing, Relocation, or Corporate Services within our broader Residential business lines.
  • Upon completing the Residential Academy, the goal is for you to transition into permanent roles at Knight Frank, tailored to your career aspirations and business requirements.
    • Learning and Development:
    • Present your insights at the end of each rotation to Knight Frank Regional Partners and the program Sponsors.
    • Engage in training and workshops to enhance technical skills and industry knowledge.
    • Receive guidance and insights from mentors and senior team members.
