Horizon Care & Education are looking for a creative Occupational Therapist to join our passionate team, delivering a comprehensive therapeutic service for children in our care.

This is role will be based from the nearest school in your region with an expectation to regularly travel to other sites in your portfolio in accordance to service need.

Delivery of training is an important aspect of the role. Manage your own caseload of schools to provide high levels of support and consultation for operational colleagues
Provide therapeutic advice and guidance to teams to enable them to support young people throughout their journey with Horizon
To develop, write and regularly review/update therapeutic goals for children and young people in education.

To develop and contribute to the delivery of therapeutic and psychological training to all staff in the organisation as part of the Therapeutic Academy.

Experience of working with Children and Young People or relevant demonstrable transferable skills
Experience of teaching, training and/or supervision.
Well-developed skills in the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
A sound understanding of Microsoft Office components, including knowledge of Excel, Teams and SharePoint
Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle
