About the Role
Cygnet is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Specialist Occupational Therapist role. As a Specialist Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating occupational dysfunction for service users in a secure mental health setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and treat occupational dysfunction for service users
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to support service users develop their skills and move through our clinical model of care
- Hold leadership and management responsibilities of the Occupational Therapy service on your allocated ward
- Provide clinical and managerial supervision for activity coordinators and line management of an Occupational Therapy Assistant and/or a newly qualified Occupational Therapist
