Street Cleansing Operative - Part Time

Part time (22.5 hours)


Are you looking to join the Street Cleansing team for a local Council in Exeter? We are recruiting for Street Cleansers on a temporary ongoing basis in Exeter.


The Street Cleansing role is varied with duties including:

  • Using an Electric Van with pressure washer
  • Clearing litter, graffiti using wipes, pressure washing pavements and shop doorways, and any other ad hoc duties.
  • Solo Sweeping
  • Cover Cleansing routes

Street Cleansing Requirements:

  • Driving License (essential)
  • Able to work in a small 2person team and on own
  • Previous experience desirable

Working hours and pay rates:

  • Sunday to Tuesday
  • Sunday 5am1pm, Monday 7am3pm, Tuesday 7.30am4pm
- £11.98 per hour
