With Intelligence_ is seeking a talented Designer to join our team.

As a Designer, you will be responsible for creating both digital and print assets for With Intelligence's large portfolio of high-profile events and working on a number of With Intelligence's sub-brands.


You'll be working in a small collaborative team, and have the ability to discuss and critique each other's work, while learning and improving your skills.


You will have a strong ability to effectively manage your own workload and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.

You will be skilled at working on multiple projects and brands simultaneously.

Additionally, you will possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey your designs and understand complex briefs, while also communicating about your workload.


Requirements:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in designing for both print and digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
  • Degree in Graphic Design or related field is preferred.
