About the opportunity

My client is a leading 1st tier supplier of high-performance electromechanical devices.

The Head of Health & Safety oversees HSE strategy across multiple sites, identifying risk reduction opportunities and ensuring compliance.

You will lead H&S strategy, policies, training, and legal compliance within an automotive manufacturing environment involving High Voltage Processes and Testing.

Deliverables

  • Manage Health and Safety Strategy, develop policies, and report to the board
  • Establish Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment standards and procedures
  • Conduct Health, Safety, and Environment inspections and risk assessments

Person Requirements

  • Experience in Manufacturing within regulated industries like Automotive, Aerospace, or Rail
  • Nebosh Diploma / NCRQ Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO14001
  • Conduct accident investigations, inspections, and audits
