Divisional Lead for Capacity

The Divisional Lead for Capacity and Flow will have overall responsibility for the planning, organisation and support of actions to manage the flow of patients through the surgical bed base across all sites to safe discharge home, supporting the delivery of national emergency and planned care standards.
This post is expected to work in cooperation with site managers and patient co-ordinators. Facilitate and actively participate in the effective and efficient management of patient flow, ensuring clinical risk factors remain low.To respond to site management issues and ensure actions are clear and reviewed for delivery. To produce the weekend plan in collaboration with relevant colleagues.
