About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Business Unit Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Divisional Operations Manager, Service Manager, Matron, and Clinical Leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior administrative support to the Divisional Operations Manager, Service Manager, Matron, and Clinical Leads.
  • Support CBU Leadership by focusing on key performance indicators related to workforce, finance, performance, and quality/governance.
  • Manage complex electronic diaries, including daily workload adjustments, and prepare agendas, briefing papers, and accurate action notes/minutes for meetings.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the team, ensuring effective communication at all levels.
Requirements
  • Experience of working as an administrator supporting senior staff or personal assistant.
  • Experience of supporting meetings, both face-to-face and virtual, to include compilation of agenda, collation and distribution of papers, and maintenance of meeting action trackers.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Advanced and accurate keyboard skills for producing reports and correspondence including live note taking.
