Role Responsibilities
- Produce and issue client invoices on Sage
- Process invoices and expenses from subcontractors and other suppliers.
- Process employee expenses and credit cards.
- Bank & credit card reconciliations.
- Set up new customers, suppliers and projects on Sage 50.
- General office support to include filing, answering phone where necessary.
- Process payroll (QTac)
- Complete and submit CT61 and R185 interest forms
- VAT returns
- Complete and submit CIS returns
. Prepare financial statements
. Maintain herd book
Key Competencies
- Strong organisational skills, applied with a keen eye for detail.
- Financial acumen an understanding of the basic principles of finance including supplier accounts, client accounts and VAT requirements.
- Personable, reliable, service orientated individual with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- PC proficient with the ability to use Outlook, Word and Excel. Use of Sage is essential for the role and previous experience is highly desirable.
- Discretion in handling sensitive information.
