Job Summary

We are looking for individuals to work up until the end of November, with the possibility for students on summer break to apply. Applicants must be over 18 years old and able to commute to our Trust HQ in Willerby for this office-based position.

The Digital Team at our award-winning Health and Social Care Trust is responsible for supporting the digital strategy and clinical systems. Your role will involve supporting the Trust's Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme by preparing for the implementation of a new EPR system across Mental Health services.

Main Duties of the Job

  • Inputs data accurately and efficiently into digital systems, including patient data.
  • Generates standard reports.
  • Collaborates with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Provides administration support and assists with additional data-related tasks for the digital team.

Qualifications & Knowledge

Essential

  • Standard keyboard skills RSA/OCR II or equivalent
  • Knowledge of office procedures and clerical work.
  • 2 GCSEs/O levels in English and Maths

Experience

Essential

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

Desirable

  • Familiarity with Trust IT systems like Lorenzo or S1
  • Office work experience
