As a Client Experience Executive for Bees Homes your main role is to ensure that we deliver on the promises we have made to our clients, exceed their expectations and frequently delight them by going above and beyond.


The Client Experience Executive is the main point of contact with our clients throughout their selling journey with us - from the initial onboarding process, to the presentation and marketing of their home, through to negotiating offers and sales progression.

This is an important role where you will have the autonomy to make decisions based on the clients' needs and the Client Experience Executive will be expected to work under your own initiative.


The Client Experience Executive is also a Project Management role - each new home is its own marketing project so you will need to be super-organised, creative, and excellent at seeing a project through from inception to completion.


As a Client Experience Executive with Bees Homes you'll have the opportunity to work with a super-friendly and supportive team and to sell some of Sussex's most unique and beautiful homes.

Experience in the property industry is not essential.

THE ROLE OF THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE:

  • As a 'Delivery' role within Bees Homes, the Client Experience Executive's role is to ensure we deliver on the promises we have made as the main client liaison throughout their journey with us.
  • Demonstrate outstanding sales performance and customer service.
  • Organising the postinstruction visit to the client for the Property Information Interview.
  • Putting together the Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ) and conducting video walkthrough of the home for the marketing team.
  • Liaising with our photographer to arrange photos, drone, twilight photoshoot.
  • Providing assistance to the photographer on the day of the shoot and liaising with the client on the day.
  • Home styling sourcing and purchasing appropriate props for the photoshoot (flowers, food, cushions, throws etc.) Advising clients on the presentation of their home for sale.
  • Taking 'behind the scenes' photos and video on the day of the photoshoot for our social media channels.
  • Brochure production choosing photographs for the brochure, liaison with our design team and copywriters. Editing and proofreading the brochure and sending to the client for final approval.
  • Board production selecting photos for the bespoke 'Buy Me' board and liaising with board printers and sign company to ensure it is delivered and placed in the correct place.
  • Viewings conducting viewings, hosting Open House events and collating and delivering feedback to the sellers.
  • Offers negotiating offers with the buyers and presenting to the seller.
  • Managing a smooth process with sales progression once an offer is accepted.
  • Postcompletion, getting feedback and testimonials from the client.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A 'cando' attitude and flexibility is essential in this role as it is so varied and no two days are the same.
  • A high level of initiative and the ability to work unsupervised.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours on occasion (e.g. on a twilight photoshoot) and 3 Saturdays per month for viewings.
  • As we sell homes throughout East Sussex and Kent, you must be willing to travel frequently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills you will be the main point of contact with our clients so an ability to create and maintain great relationships is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills you will be expected to maintain a high level of communication with our clients throughout their time with us.
  • Superorganised you'll be juggling lots of moving parts
  • As a Client Experience Executive you will be a solutionfocused problem solver and a natural diplomat with the ability to stay cool in a crisis.
  • You'll be a natural team player.
  • An interest in and competent inhome design/home styling.
  • Social media competency.
  • Well presented with a high standard of personal grooming (clothing allowance is provided).
  • Full and clean driving licence is essential.
