Estate Agent Senior Branch Manager

Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Estate Agent to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd. As a Senior Estate Agent, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in our Residential Sales and Lettings department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed sales performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners to drive business growth and opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise to drive sales performance and growth.
Benefits:
- Guaranteed first year's salary of GBP45,000 plus a GBP2,400 car allowance and target-based incentive bonuses adding up to GBP15,000 in commission, totaling an overall first-year salary of GBP62,400.
- After the first year, an impressive basic salary of GBP40,000 plus office commission, with on-target earnings between GBP60,000 to GBP70,000.
