We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Senior Branch Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our estate agency branch and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of estate agents to achieve sales targets and branch objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and branch activity.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 plus a £2,400 car allowance.
