HR GO Recruitment is seeking a Client Support and Logistics Coordinator. This position is integral to the UK Operations Services team and reports directly to the Operations Services Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering first-line assistance, information, and updates to our clients, management, internal teams, and other relevant stakeholders. The focus will be on ensuring a premium customer service experience.
Additionally, the role involves performing administrative duties across various business sectors, including but not limited to arranging travel and accommodation for staff and maintaining updated schedules and spreadsheets.
The ideal candidate should be a collaborative team member with a flexible mindset, as they will be part of a small unit within the broader operational team. During peak times of absence, they may need to take on additional responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Accurately enter data into the service management system.
- Monitor job progress to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Provide telephonic support to field engineers.
- Efficiently schedule and allocate work for engineers, ensuring appropriate skill levels are utilized while adhering to health and safety policies.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel bookings, maintaining cost-effective practices.
- Generate job numbers for service installations and future planned tasks, updating the company database accordingly.
- Keep all spreadsheets current with machine details, address changes, and other relevant information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office suite; database experience is advantageous.
- A strong team player with a flexible approach to work.
