Our bustling and varied community is composed of professional coaches, trainer educators, universities, and organizations dedicated to developing coaching cultures.

We are on the lookout for a highly driven and seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to join our lively marketing team for a 6-month project.

You will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with the Marketing Team and other key stakeholders in central services.

Starting in June, the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about all things digital and possess a solid grasp of current online marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will adopt a comprehensive and strategic approach to enhance and optimize the AC's digital presence, always keeping members and the broader coaching community in mind.

You will devise and execute practical action plans backed by data analysis, industry insights, and the latest marketing technologies.

Enhance and refine the company's website through SEO optimizations, content updates, and user experience enhancements.

Create, enhance, and manage digital marketing campaigns to boost online visibility across various channels such as email, PPC (Google & social), and online PR.

Analyze campaign performance metrics and refine strategies for better outcomes.

Provide suggestions on utilizing marketing technology and digital tools effectively.

Support the Social Media Coordinator and fellow marketing team members in crafting engaging strategies for digital platforms to expand the brand's online footprint.

This may involve, but not limited to:
- Website copy
- Blog posts
- Social media updates
- Email newsletters
- CRM and data marketing

Collaborate with diverse teams including design, content, and product to maintain a unified brand message and strategy.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and identify growth opportunities.

Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing.

Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, preferably with over 5 years in a similar role or organization.

Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics like SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing/CRM, online PR, and content marketing.

Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.

A creative thinker with attention to detail and strategic thinking abilities.

Strong analytical skills to decipher data and offer practical recommendations.

Experience with marketing automation tools and emerging marketing technologies is advantageous.

Capable of responding to tasks professionally and creatively, finding solutions and implementing enhancements.

Excellent in organization, prioritization, and time-management, collaborating effectively to meet project timelines.

Committed to maintaining data quality standards and digital best practices in developing innovative digital campaigns.

This self-employed role offers up to 60 hours monthly at £22 per hour for a 6-month contract which may extend on a successful review.
