Your new role:


We are seeking a confident and eager Patient Experience Administrator to join our growing and friendly team and a very busy time of growth at Doctor Care Anywhere.

This is an office based role based in Blackfriars. You'll be undertaking a variety of back office administrative tasks including performing our note sharing and prescription processing tasks.

This is a 37.5 hours per week rolling shift pattern covering business hours (7am-9pm) Monday - Sunday (with a daily 1 hour unpaid lunch)

Requirements:

The key tasks in your new and exciting role with us:

  • Using the dynamics system to carry out daily tasks. Understanding of different functions for different tasks and how to access patient records. Learn breakdown of patient profile page
  • what each section is for so they know where it will relate to their progression training
  • Be able to understand and write case notes
  • Printing fax prescriptions > sending them via courier to GP to be signed > manually posting each prescription to dispensing pharmacy
  • Where the prescription is location on the PT's profile.
  • Understand how to prevent data breach
  • Understanding different types of prescriptions and how they are processed (Fax, Escript, International, Ireland).
  • Scanning and uploading clinic letters onto the system. Carrying out the step 1 and step 2 process involved with clinical review of each referral.
  • Learn about the different types of referrals and how they work (OMF, NH, MH, AXA Fast-Track & Open)
  • How to locate referrals on a patients profile
  • How to open referrals to be edited by a GP
  • How the patient journey works, from booking appointments to receiving results back from the hospital.
  • Managing consultant referrals

  • All of the above to be worked to targets and KPIs
