Job Overview

Colliers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SAP Administrator to support the Account Director and existing SAP administration team in maintaining the SAP REFX system. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising POs on behalf of the team, ensuring timely payment of suppliers, and supporting the delivery of reports for accounting and strategic teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and validate newly abstracted leases and related documents to SAP REFX.
  • Liaise with Lease Administration to validate lease abstracts.
  • Manage approval of lease abstracts and produce monthly critical dates reports and exception reports.
  • Ensure all new critical dates are entered onto the weekly Transaction Tracker report.
  • Act as the client's main point of contact for lease data related queries.
  • Support with weekly project tracker and other account administration as required.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly rental and service charge postings for EMEA.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role, ideally with knowledge of Lease Administration.
  • Experience of working with SAP REFX.
  • Prior experience of working within a team environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Prior experience of producing reports for client review.
