SAP Administrator for Lease Administration

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SAP Administrator to join our team at Colliers International EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the SAP REFX system, managing lease data, and producing regular reports for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and validate newly abstracted leases and related documents to SAP REFX.
  • Liaise with Lease Administration to validate lease abstracts.
  • Manage approval of lease abstracts and produce monthly critical dates reports.
  • Act as the client's main point of contact for lease data related queries.
  • Support with weekly project tracker and other account administration.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role, ideally with knowledge of Lease Administration.
  • Experience of working with SAP REFX.
  • Prior experience of working within a team environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
