Duties will include (but not limited to):
_HR Generalist X 1 position_
- Responsible for covering end to end HR generalist processes
- Deal with sick notes, return to work forms and monitor sickness absence
- Update contracts of employment where required
- Manage the HR inbox dealing with requests from here and also assist managers with HR requests also
- Deal with excel spreadsheets and word documents to capture data
- Work in arranging the filing systems to ensure documents such as internal policies and procedures
- Assist in helping to cover the recruitment inbox if required during busy periods
_HR Recruitment X 2 positions_
- Responsible for managing end to end HR recruitment processes across the organisation
- Assist with onboarding for new starters, sending contracts, arranging IT and inductions
Expertise required:
- Background working across a HR Service
- Basic knowledge with spreadsheets and use of Microsoft Word and Excel
Additional Information:
- Potential for a permanent opportunity to become available
Working hours:
- 37 per week, Monday Friday 9am5pm (flexible working offered, core hours 10am to 4pm)
- Working from home up to two days per week
