Adecco are proud to be working in partnership with a large energy provider to recruit a HR Administrator on a permanent basis.


This is a key role to provide comprehensive administration support and assist support functions and line managers in delivering a consistent, engaging onboarding experience throughout the region.


The successful incumbent will be the main point of contact for hiring managers to assist with onboarding of new starters, tracking the progress against agreed timescales and managing expectations where required.


This is a truly exciting opportunity for you to be involved in the effective implementation of the onboarding strategy within your designated region and assist with improving the full employee life cycle experience.


  • Previous experience working in a fastpaced administration role.
  • Have an interest in people relations matters or have previously worked within a HR department.
  • Ability to compile data and conduct basic analysis using Excel.
  • A good understanding of basic IT packages and systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to build working relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
