Job Purpose:


Provide a high-quality cleaning service for the organisation alongside supporting the Managing Director in a variety of tasks such as grounds maintenance, gardening and painting.

Key Objectives:

  • Responsible for own cleaning portfolios
  • Providing cover for Manager Director / all staff
  • Attend to additional cleaning duties as required such as carpet cleaning & pressure washing
  • Assist the gardening teams when required
  • Regular catch ups with Managing Director

Main Responsibilities:

  • Attend early morning out of hour visits
  • Sweeping, mopping and hoovering all floors / stair wells
  • Cleaning all toilet facilities / common areas
  • Dusting
  • Cleaning brass where required
  • Wiping down bannisters
  • Keeping on top of toiletries such as filling paper towels / soap / toilet paper
  • Emptying bins
  • Provide cover at further developments when required (including out of hours)
  • Carpet cleaning when required
  • Grounds maintenance
  • Pressure washing when required
  • Painting / decorating when required

Job Types:

Salary:
£10.42-£11.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
