These posts are all permanent and report to the Service director.

Head of Same Day Treatment Services-a wte 8c post
- with on call responsibility. These two posts are designed specifically to lead urgent and unplanned care services to ensure that our patients receive a timely and appropriate response to meet their needs. These roles have been reviewed to ensure they align with the transformation required within the current pathway model and the expectation is that these two post holders will work in a matrix way in order to maximise the benefit from the transformation planned. Services within the remit of these posts include the current GP Out Of Hours Service, Minor Injury and First Aid Units, Urgent Community Response and our Ambulatory Units. The expectation is that a 24/7 Clinical triage Model will be delivered alongside a 24/7 Visiting service as a result of these additions to our current leadership team.
