What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing all aspects of kitchen management to ensure smooth service.
• Assisting the Head Chef with rota planning, stock control, invoicing, ordering, team recruitment, and food health and safety.
• Utilizing your coaching skills to lead your team towards shared goals.
