Your Tasks:

  • Delivering a high standard of Customer Service and build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Deputise and provide cover for the Customer Service Team Supervisor providing guidance and supervision for the team.
  • Responsible for order and delivery processing ensuring accuracy whilst using defined processes.
  • Work across multiple departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Continuously develop skills, product ,and customer knowledge.
  • Work on optimisation projects and highlight and areas for improvement to processes or the customer experience.

Our Requirements:

  • Related work experience prefered, either within a customer service environment or similar supervisory level.
  • Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be well organised, efficient, personable and have a good, confident telephone manner.
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, between 08:30 17:30hrs.
