Cover Supervisor

We are looking to hire passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join the GSL Kent branch as

Cover Supervisors, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment for our students.

This role is for a secondary school in Thanet, dedicated to providing a first-class education for their students.

As a

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons and cover work set by absent teachers.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support students' learning and provide assistance when needed.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure effective lesson delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong classroom management abilities.
  • Previous experience working with young people is advantageous but not essential.
