Talent Frame are pleased to be working with a professional services business to hire a Bid Specialist. This is a hybrid role working 2 days a week in their offices ideally in either Birmingham or Manchester. This is a good opportunity for a Bid Executive looking for their next career move.
You will be part of the large Marketing & Business Development team and you will be responsible for supporting bids and pitches within their Property and Construction practice area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing the bids effectively within Property & Construction and ensuring the team responds to the right opportunities at the right rates for the right clients.
• Working collaboratively across the team to build your wider knowledge and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
• Building best practice responses to commonly faced questions and useful case studies.
• Drafting, editing, and proofreading.
• Liaising with other support departments to ensure all information submitted is accurate.
• Working with Partners and Fee Earners to develop winning strategies and propositions and coaching them to prepare for pitches and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a bids role within property, real estate, construction or professional services.
