Roles and Responsibilities:

Land and New Homes

  • You will be in regular contact with applicants to organise viewings.
  • You will act as the primary point of contact for perspective house buyers, guiding them through the new home buying process and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You will provide regular updates to our clients and recommendations to get the results.
  • You will act as the internal point of contact for the Sales Team for the Land and New Homes department.
  • You must have an eye for detail as accuracy relating to agreed reservations is crucial.
  • You will ensure our site portfolio stays with us, by keeping promises, accommodating their time frames and motivating your team to meet their goals.
  • You will forge and develop relationships with developers within the area.

New Business

  • You will be aware of local new sites and scope potential opportunities for the Company.
  • You will win instructions to new sites by being confident in our expertise and level of service.
  • Your reputation, results and ability should lead to new opportunities in the department.

Intra Group Sales

  • You will provide up to date, clear information to ensure the teams have a good understanding about what is available, to support sales of new homes.
  • You will give updates on sites and provide regular briefings to the Sales Teams.

Finance

  • You will work closely with the Finance and Administration Hub to ensure our income monitoring systems are robust, accurate and forecast correctly.
  • You will develop a projected income pipeline based on predicted new business.
  • You will support the sites with any payment queries, ensuring expected time frames are met.

Brand Maintenance and Building

  • Supported by our Marketing Manager you will come up with creative new ideas to support our branding and marketing strategies.
  • You will be expected to feature in films demonstrating our sites.
  • You will be expected to represent Nicol & Co through pitch meetings, events and networking.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in New Homes Sales with an Estate Agency or builder / developer or experience such as Estate Agent, Residential Sales, Lettings Sales.
  • Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment.
  • A passion for Continuous Professional Development.
  • Outstanding customer care / customer service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
  • Selfmotivated, able to work autonomously and act on your own initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to be flexible to suit business needs.
