Are you an Engineer dedicated to customers with a solid background in both electrical and mechanical engineering? Do you possess a deep understanding of pumps and prioritize delivering high-quality and precise work? If the answer is YES, then this opportunity is for you.


Our Field Service Engineer role involves handling the execution, repair, and maintenance of pumps for our customers. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you will efficiently and professionally address customer requests.


You must be capable of disassembling, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing parts, as well as reassembling pumps and pump systems.


In addition, your responsibilities will include:


  • Advising customers on system deficiencies to prevent issues and offering solutions
  • Identifying and resolving service and warranty issues, including seeking technical support when needed
  • Compiling comprehensive service reports and ensuring timely submissions
  • Logging product quality problems in the systems
  • Supporting project execution such as installation and commissioning
  • Carrying out maintenance services and meeting SLAs for service agreements
  • Providing feedback to relevant stakeholders
  • Assisting in quoting out-of-warranty repairs
  • Continuous learning and development to enhance service skills
  • Proficiency in using service tools and equipment
  • Upholding Grundfos's core values by taking responsibility for actions and fostering a supportive work environment
  • Prioritizing health and safety awareness through hazard observation, risk assessment, and adhering to safe work practices

The ideal candidate should have industry experience or a similar background, a good grasp of pump technology, and preferably a technical education in electrical or mechanical engineering.
