Evergreen Talent Partners is proud to partner with one of the UK's leading E-mobility companies, dedicated to accelerating the transition to emission-free transportation. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the nationwide deployment of EV charging points, working closely with our client's team to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to install and maintain EV charging infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize charging point performance
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve service delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and infrastructure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel extensively throughout the UK
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 3 technical or electrical qualification/diploma, and HERS accreditation
