- Recognised apprenticeship/industry qualification in Electrical Installation orMaintenance i.e. City & Guilds Level 3.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Electrician, preferably in an industrial orcommercial setting within a facilities management organization.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits & schematics.
- A valid & full UK Driving Licence is an essential requirement for this position.
Day to Day Duties:
- Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM), inspections, andtroubleshooting on electrical equipment, machinery, and systems.
- Identifying and repairing reactive electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime andmaximizing equipment efficiency.
- Installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems, including lighting, powerdistribution, and control panels.
- Collaborating with other maintenance team members to address electrical andmechanical issues.
- Assisting in the development of maintenance plans and procedures to enhancesystem performance and safety.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance withsafety regulations and company standards.
- Participating in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industrytrends and best practices.
