Job Description:
The administrator's role would be to work alongside the management and other office staff, to be front of house, greet customers and to liaise with the workshop, clients and insurance companies to book in vehicles, provide work in progress updates and arrange timings for delivery and collections of vehicles.
We want people to work to a high standard of customer care. Familiarity with using software systems is desirable, but training would be provided.- Answer calls from customers and insurance companies and updating them on the status of repairs.
- Updating management system on status of repairs.
- Booking vehicles in and handing vehicles over.
- Ensuring invoices are correct. Entering invoice details on to our system. Checking supplier statements are correct.
- Assist with the general running of the office side of the business.
- Part Time hours / job share maybe considered.
