Harris Hill is excited to collaborate with a national charity in search of a **Senior Events Executive** to oversee all aspects of the charity's main event and related activities.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Work closely with the Committee and the Co-Chairman to achieve set income, participation, and profile-raising goals.
- Organize various supporting and stewardship events such as launch parties, garden openings, and committee gatherings.
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies for the event.
- Assist in the broader events program as needed.

**Key Requirements:**
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous event experience within a fundraising team.
- Proficient in setting and achieving income targets for events.
- Experience working with committees to motivate them towards a common objective.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Recruitment and supervision of volunteers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with different stakeholders.
- Proactive, collaborative, and dedicated.
- Proficiency in charity fundraising databases and generating analytical reports.
- A deep understanding and passion for the charity's cause.

The position offers a **Salary** of £34,500 per annum on a 2-year FTC basis. The location is London with a hybrid work model of 2 days in the office per week.
