As a Rollout Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth deployment and decommissioning of devices across various locations, including off-site areas. You'll be responsible for building and configuring PCs and laptops, installing software, and solving any technical problems that arise. Additionally, you'll be a point of contact for customers, confirming their requirements and providing exceptional support. ????

  • Strong technical skills in PC and laptop building
  • Experience in deploying and decommissioning devices
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to resolve tickets and deliver IT items
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and software installation
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
