RolePurpose

Rightnow at Tiger Eye we are looking to hire aTechnical Support Analystto help build and strengthen our support services. Located in ourNorwichoffice the role will involve a variety of activitiesincluding some software development systems analysis and othergeneral customer support tasks. Other project objectives will alsobe set from time to time to allow the role to develop further. Fullonthejob and some external training will beoffered.

As a Technical Support Analyst you willneed the drive to go above and beyond to provide outstandingservice to our customers. You will need to be a selfstarter with apositive attitude haveexcellent communication and time managementskills.You will have a methodical approach with the ability tosolve problems using your technical knowledge with a passion forlearning and growing your technical skills.

  • Diagnosing issues swiftly and accurately
  • System customisation
  • Identifying and developing internal solutions
  • MSSQL database analysis and development
  • VBA scripting/Macro development

EssentialSkills

  • Outstanding customer service and call handling
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Access andPowerPoint)
  • Windows Desktop Operating Systemsand Windows Server Operating Systems (Server)
  • Helpdesk CRM/Ticketing software

It would be really advantageousif you have an understanding of thefollowing:

  • Databases(MSSQL Server Oracle MySQL)
  • WebApplicationServers (Apache IIS Tomcat XAMPP)
  • Web ServerTechnologies (HTML CSS JavaScript JSP PHP XML XSLT)
  • Exchange server (onpremise and/or Office 365)
  • Programming Languages (VBA Python C#)
  • Hosted RDP solutions (Nutanix Citrix MicrosoftRDS)
