Part-Time 3 Days per week with the potential to increase as the business grows.


The HR Admin provides a generalist HR advisory service to managers and employees, covering a variety of human resources matters.

You will be involved in the full employee life cycle from recruitment, on-boarding, benefits, training, performance reviews, discipline and grievance, to off-boarding.


You will contribute to HR practices and initiatives in partnership with managers to promote the achievement of business goals and company mission statement.


Areas of Responsibility

  • Provide a first line of advice and guidance to managers on day to day HR issues.
  • Supply advice and documents to support various procedures e.g. disciplinary, grievances, performance management, absence management
  • Maintain Company policies and procedures in line with policy and legislative changes, ensuring relevant Management are aware of updates.
  • Deal with all recruitment, onboarding and employeeexit matters
  • Administer all Personnel records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and best practice
  • Undertake deliver informal and formal training as required
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Assist with adhoc projects and support strategic activities as and when required.
  • Support the company mission statement
  • Any other duties as may from time to time be reasonably requested

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Skills, Experience, & Education

  • HR Generalist experience
  • Knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • CIPD qualification
  • Experience with IT and HR systems

Personal Qualities

  • Able to communicate effectively across all levels
  • Able to work accurately and with good attention to detail
  • Well organised with the ability to prioritise and work independently

Job Type:
Part-time

Pay:
Up to £38,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
