Part-Time Finance Assistant

  • Daily processing of accounts transactions, ensuring that they are up to date and accurate.
  • Managing administrative tasks including invoices, payments and incomes.
  • Enforce the Academy credit management policy and assist with the asset register.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Good financial skills gained either through training or experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • They should be an individual that is confident in prioritising workload
  • Meeting deadlines and preparing reports on a frequent, monthly basis.
  • Experience in an educational setting is preferred
