This is an ongoing temp-perm role with a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Running spreadsheets and providing progress updates on projects and planning.
  2. Answering the office phone line and assisting with any inquiries or redirecting calls as necessary.
  3. Assisting with spares administration and preparing delivery notes.
  4. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organisational skills and be adept at multitasking.
  5. Proficiency with spreadsheets, such as Maximo Administration, is required.
