Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the project coordinator to ensure all KPI's are met on a weekly/daily basis
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure that all project documentation is organized and accessible.
- Assist in the management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Track and monitor the allocation and utilization of project resources.
- Serve as a point of contact for projectrelated inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to project coordiantor and team members, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and other materials.
- Handle projectrelated administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience in administration (2 years minimum required)
- Ability to maintain accurate records in line with Data Protection Act
- Ability to use information technology (Word Processing, Databases and Spreadsheets)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Based in the UK, with the Right to work in the UK.
Pay:
£23,000.00 per year
