  1. Experience in consulting and leading teams
  2. Experience of working in a mid-sized corporate environment, successfully aligning solutions appropriately with wider roadmaps, architecture, and other initiatives.
  3. Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, stakeholders, and other technical teams, to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  4. Familiarity ideally with financially regulated business such as in Banking or Insurance markets.
  5. Helping your team to always succeed and continuously improve
  6. Managing time and team effectively to deliver working software, of acceptable quality, at a regular cadence
  7. Adapting to change and challenging the team to deliver the best results possible
  8. Working closely with the customer so that the focus on business value is a priority for all decisions taken
  9. Clear communication in both a written and verbal form
  10. Being dynamic and self-motivated
  11. Handling complex and fluid situations in a measured and collaborative way

Experience in software engineering

  1. Experience in architecture and solution design
  2. Proficient in relevant programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and .NET framework.
  3. Developing services through use of and supporting APIs, at least 3 years
  4. Understanding of and ability to apply modern development methodologies such as BDD, TDD, XP, Pairing etc. to support our Agile delivery practices.
  5. Developing component designs and specification from a high-level solution architecture.
  6. Delivering code into, supporting, and extending resilient Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) environments.
  7. Delivering software in a formal regime using source control management and controlled gates with relevant artefacts to support design, quality, and support.
  8. Delivering test automation or frameworks and incorporating these into CI/CD environments.
  9. Knowledge of security principles and authentication mechanisms in D365 to ensure data security and access control.
  10. Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  11. Understanding of SDLC methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.
  12. Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation for D365 solutions, including architecture, design, and code documentation.

Experience in Power Platforms and Dynamics 365

  1. In-depth understanding and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including its various modules (e.g., CRM Sales Modules).
  2. Proficiency in using and configuring Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents within D365 solutions.
  3. Ability to customize and configure D365 applications based on business requirements, including forms, entities, workflows, and business rules.
  4. Knowledge of integration techniques and technologies to integrate D365 with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  5. Familiarity with working with APIs and web services for integrating external systems with D365.
  6. Understanding of Azure services and how to utilize them for D365 integration, data storage, and other related purposes.

Education & qualifications

  1. Educated to degree level or equivalent, with qualification in an IT, engineering or scientific discipline, desired.
  2. D365 certification will be desirable
