Nine Twenty Recruitment is delighted to be in partnership with a fast-growing Microsoft Inner Circle Member (Top 1% of Microsoft Partners worldwide) in the search for a D365 FSCM and Power Platform Enterprise Architect for their Retail & Manufacturing Practice.


The RolenIn this leadership role, you will provide technical vision and strategic direction for our Enterprise Applications practice, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Power Platform.

You will be responsible for the overall technical quality of pre-sales and delivery engagements. You will also mentor and lead the practice delivery team, ensuring the quality of technical design.

This position requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and client engagement to deliver solutions that drive digital transformation for our clients.


ResponsibilitiesnCollaborate with leadership to achieve company objectives through high-quality work and continuous improvement.nProvide technical leadership for all projects within the practice, including strategy and direction for D365 F&SCM and Power Platform implementations.nEnsure adherence to governance processes for quality control and best practices.nDesign solutions that meet industry standards, security requirements, and regulations.nDrive design cohesion and quality assurance across projects.nFoster automation standards within client solutions leveraging D365 F&SCM and Power Platform.nLead and mentor the practice delivery team throughout project lifecycles.nOffer thought leadership to potential clients during the sales cycle.nPartner with the pre-sales team to ensure technical soundness throughout the sales cycle.


QualificationsnProven experience in managing technical innovation solutions with D365 F&SCM and Power Platform to achieve transformational outcomes.nClient-focused thinker with outstanding interpersonal skills for communication at all levels.nDemonstrated experience of implementing a technical strategy or roadmap for clients, achieving buy-in from both external stakeholders and peers.nExcellent people management skills with the ability to mentor a multi-disciplined team.nPossess excellent knowledge of the D365F&SCM and Power Platform ecosystem.nDemonstrated experience and approach to thought leadership.nDemonstrated experience working with commercial teams during the sales process, particularly for.nWorking with leadership to estimate a programme of work.nDemonstrated experience of key stakeholder management, inspiring confidence and building trust.nPractical experience as an Enterprise Architect.

nIndustry knowledge in one or more of the following:
Financial Services, Retail & Manufacturing, Public Sector, or Professional Services.
