About Us

Chavenage Challenges is an enterprise at the heart of the Chavenage Estate near Tetbury.

With a strong focus on quality and sustainability we are developing an exceptional community space to include workshops, a coffee shop and an event venue.


We are currently looking for part time seasonal cafe staff who can work in a lively, fast paced, fun environment.

As a new enterprise ongoing training and development will be provided so if you think you lack some of the skills but are motivated and keen to learn please do contact us.

Duties

  • Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
  • Handle card transactions and operate the EPOS accurately
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise. Create a positive customer experience and drive sales

  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
