Cafe Supervisor

Now, we're thrilled to announce that we're spreading our wings and bringing our delicious food and coffee to Tetbury with a brand new cafe. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional coffee, delicious food, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our customers. With a focus on quality ingredients, innovative recipes, and great customer service, we have become a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure quality control in all aspects of food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
- Supervise staff throughout shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for food and coffee, with a commitment to delivering great quality and service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
