About The Role:
We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our national based support network, working within our
Primary Care Governance function.
We're bound by the same standards and measures of success as the NHS. Our governance and accountability procedures are the same as those used by the NHS.
This means the quality of care we provide at least meets the high levels of service you expect from the NHS.
The Nursing & Compliance Officer will work alongside our Primary Care governance team to manage our nursing and compliance processes.

What you'll be doing:
Responsibilities:
- Management of several committees and processes linked to our Nursing function across all divisions.
- PA/Admin support to the wider governance team. To include agenda setting, minute taking, action tracking, processing of expense claims, diary management.
- Adhoc project support on wider governance projects.
- Proficient Use of IT systems
About you:
- Previous experience within an administration or project coordination role.
- Being able to work independently and a selfmotivator.
- Efficient use of MS Office systems including Excel, Office 365 and MS Teams.
- Excellent communication skills and articulate at communicating with staff at all levels.
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
Although not essential, it would also be beneficial to have knowledge of healthcare and the CQC, and previous experience working with compliancy processes.
