VAT Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate production and submission of monthly and annual VAT Returns to HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC)
* Ensuring all VAT reclaimable from HMRC is received and reconciled
* Ensuring all VAT due to be paid to HMRC is paid on a timely basis
* Submission of Voluntary Disclosures to HMRC for errors above the threshold for adjustment within the VAT Return
* Administering pro-forma invoices and ensuring valid VAT invoices are received and included in the VAT Return
* Providing VAT advice to the Director of Finance and Operations as needed
Requirements:
* Specialist in VAT with demonstrable skill and experience in VAT application and process
* Eligible to work in the UK without restriction
